World's first! Ansteel introduces high-strength steel strip for special high-strength composite winding packaging for pipeline steel and H-shaped steel!

In February 2024, Anshan Fa Lan successfully conducted the first trial run of 1.2mm × 50mm high-strength composite winding packaging steel strip, which was developed using its own patented technology for pipeline steel and large H-shaped steel. The trial run was successful, and mass production is achievable, marking a global first.

The successful development of this product further enhances Anshan Fa Lan's core competitiveness in the global packaging steel strip field. It enables fully automatic online strapping for large industrial products such as pipeline steel, large H-shaped steel, and structural steel sheet piles, effectively reducing labor costs, auxiliary material consumption, and safety hazards for enterprises. It significantly improves the aesthetics of finished packaging and on-site operational efficiency.

The 1.2mm × 50mm high-strength composite winding steel strip has a single coil weight of over 900 kilograms, a total tensile strength of over 57,000 newtons per single strip, and a total length of nearly 2000 meters, guaranteeing seamless length. This innovation resolves the longstanding challenge of automatic strapping for large enterprises producing industrial products like pipeline steel and H-shaped steel. It signifies a significant technological breakthrough for Anshan Fa Lan in the field of packaging steel strips and holds milestone significance. Additionally, this technological achievement paves a new path for the high-quality development of the automation process in packaging large industrial products in China.
