【New Equipment】Independently Developed! The World's First Intelligent Iron Ore Blending Integrated Machine Successfully Delivered

On March 28th, the independently developed iron ore blending integrated machine by MCC Tiangong was successfully delivered and put into use at the iron ore storage base of Rizhao Port Group Co., Ltd.

The iron ore blending integrated machine has a total length of 27.4 meters, featuring a unique system, among other components. This machine not only has self-power generation and supply capabilities but also seamlessly integrates intelligent dynamic batching with high-intensity mixing operations, adapting flexibly to the complex and ever-changing working environments of port material yards. Additionally, it facilitates rapid transportation and transfer operations.

Starting from loading by forklift to precise unloading by mobile lifting conveyors, the iron ore blending integrated machine can achieve a normal processing capacity of 1000 tons per hour, completing sophisticated blending of 2 to 3 types of iron raw materials to meet diverse customers' personalized quality requirements. The deployment of this equipment significantly enhances the comprehensive utilization rate and market value of iron raw materials, contributing to the green and sustainable development of the steel industry.
