    Fills Domestic Gap: Jiugang's First Coil of Thick-Specification Hot-Dip Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium Product Successfully Released

    On May 5th, Hongxing Corporation's carbon steel thin plate factory successfully produced the first coil of hot-dip zinc-aluminum-magnesium product, filling the domestic gap in thick-specification zinc-aluminum-magnesium products. This marks the completion of the acid pickling board,hot-dip zinc board, and hot-dip zinc-aluminum-magnesium board, three major product categories, under the provincial key project "Optimization and Upgrading of Product Structure of Carbon Steel Thin Plate Factory - Hot Rolled Pickling Board (2.5-6.0mm) Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium Project." It also signifies the formation of a thin-to-thick coverage and complete series of products in the coating category of Jiugang Steel.


    Jiugang Steel's zinc-aluminum-magnesium product, as a new environmentally friendly metal coating material, has shown broad application prospects in areas such as highway guardrails, roofs, pipe corridors, photovoltaic and thermal wind energy, due to its outstanding advantages such as super corrosion resistance, long component life, self-healing of incisions, and easy processing. The hot-dip zinc-aluminum-magnesium products produced by Jiugang's acid pickling line will further expand into new application areas with characteristics such as thick specifications, thick coatings, high strength, as well as manufacturing advantages of low cost, low energy consumption, and low emissions, creating good economic, social, and environmental benefits.


    To ensure the smooth production of the first coil products, the technical personnel of the carbon steel thin plate factory's acid pickling production line made early planning, meticulously formulated production plans, repeatedly optimized process parameters, and pre-simulated the disposal of abnormal problems, laying a solid foundation for the successful launch of zinc-aluminum-magnesium products.
